and glute is using a TheraBand. Putting it on one foot

we’re going to go to a slight bent knee squat

hinging forward at the waist. I’m going to flex that toe upward

and you’ll see flex. And keeping my shoulders back

chest out proud. I’m going to just send my hips back

and pull gently on that strap.
