The staff are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Carpenter is great at explaining your treatment options and what to expect. Its always a good experience and I can see and feel the results of my treatments for cervical pain.
They have a genuinely kind staff who care about the issue that brings you in. I like that it isn't just a crack and go chiropractor. I went in have a pain in my low back, they took x-rays, posture pictures, and used that to decide the best treatment for me. Yes there is adjusting but they also have machines that decompress my back and offer stem treatment to relax the muscles. Happy to have been coming here and encourage anyone reading to give it a try
