Neck Stretch To Relieve Pain!

Lexington Spinal Care (803) 356-1350 524 Columbia Ave, Lexington, SC 29072, USA https://lexingtonspinalcare.com/

Do you have tightness in your neck or
losing your range of motion? Try this
stretch to target the scaline muscles in
the side of your neck to help lengthen
and reduce that tension. We’re going to
start by taking a hand and putting on
your opposite leg or thigh. My other
hand is going to grab above my wrist or
forearm and pull back and close to my
body. As I’m making a gentle pullment
back, I’m gonna tilt my ear to my
shoulder.
And I’m gonna hold that for three to
five seconds or even 10 to 20 seconds.
You do it to your comfort level. This
stretch is really great for helping with
that range of motion, especially
rotating the neck side to side. So try
it and come see us at Lexington Spinal
Care to learn more movements and
stretches to help maintain a healthy
spine.
