On the way back, I want you to sit up. Okay. So what I want you to notice, lean forward. You should feel the support here. Okay. Sit back. Okay. Feel that? Yeah. Cause your trunk is being supported. This portion here not low back. Most people think they need low back support. You need trunk support because this is where all the weight’s at, right?
So it should hit you right here. So this is being supported. Okay. Close your eyes. You should get a sense that your ears over your shoulder and your shoulders are over your hips. Scoot forward. Now sit back all the way back. See the difference?
WE’RE JUST NOT MEANT TO SUPPORT THAT AT ALL And THIS NO MORE is that this is good posture. It’s not really good posture because there’s nothing to support that. So you’re trying to,
you’re trying to work hours on end. That’s not a, if you hurt, it’s going to catch up with you, but that stuff matters because, like I said, today’s no big deal.
But 8 hours a day,
5 days A WEEKS, put 20 years doing that, it is a big deal. You know what I mean? So pay attention to some of that stuff. If you run across something you don’t know, talk to me about it. Because that is important. Cause that’ll make a big difference.
